This year’s annual meeting of the European Society for Philosophy of Medicine and Healthcare (ESPMH) will be hosted from August 17-20, 2011, by the Institute of Biomedical Ethics at the University of Zurich. You can find a link to the conference program here.
I will moderate a panel on “priority setting in healthcare” on Friday, Aug 19, from 9:00-10:00 am (room KOL-F-101 in main building of the university). Jennifer Gibson (University of Toronto) and Heiner Raspe (University of Kiel) will discuss what constitutes success in priority setting.
I will also give a brief paper on defining minimal risk in research that same day, Friday, Aug 19, from 11:30-11:55 am (room KO2-G-212 in the main building).
